How It Works - Process & Policy : 

​

1 - Pricing & Design Protocol : All custom bag orders are $700 plus tax & Fedex insured priority shipping of $15. per bag made (multiple full bags made from one original bag are $700 per piece, not a one-time flat fee). For smaller items like wristlets or wallets $400 and coin pouches/credit card holders, $350. Each additional item made from your bag will cost extra to sew, we will quote beforehand so you know what the final cost will be. I can help guide you and suggest what new bag shape will work best to redesign from your old bag, however please note we do not copy exact replicas of current designer brands’ bags, we handmake all of our own sewing patterns so they remain true to our brand. Once I receive your bag to upcycle, I will send you a 3D mockup of your new bag design for review. Once you approve your 3D design it is final and cannot be changed.

2 - Use Your Own Bag or We Can Source : If you have your own bag to work with, you can ship your bag to me and I will provide the secure address and shipping instructions via email. Otherwise I can help source the material for your order, please note us sourcing material will add an additional $100 fee. 

3 - Lead Time to Make Your Bag :  We have a very long waitlist. Due to our high volume of custom orders your bag will take roughly 3 months after we receive your bag(s) and finalize your design(s) to complete. With our large wait list, some designs make take up to 4 months to complete as these items take time. Your purchase will not be discounted with longer than expected wait time. Once we receive your bag you are added to the custom order queue list among many others. We will send you behind the scenes photos of your bag(s) being made and will be sure to post finished videos of your custom order on Instagram and TikTok. We kindly ask please do not repeatedly email us to check in on your bag’s status. Once we receive your bag, we get to work immediately on your order’s patternmaking and will send progress photos once we are ready to share. We promise it is worth the wait!

4 - Payment : All custom orders must be paid 100% upfront and this payment is non-refundable. To ensure we can continue providing high-quality, custom-made products, we have updated our payment policy. Because each item is made specifically to your order and requires significant time, materials, patternmaking, sewing, and craftsmanship, full payment is required before production begins. As all orders are custom made, payments are 100% due upfront and are non-refundable once an order has been placed. This policy helps protect the time, labor, materials, and resources invested in creating a product that is uniquely made for you.  We will email you an invoice for secure payment and once payment and bag are received your project will be added to our queue of custom orders. Once your project is complete, we will ship your new bag via Fedex Priority insured shipping. We do not accept Zelle, Venmo or Cashapp - major debit/credit cards only to be processed via our invoicing system.  We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
